Most of our products are custom-made or produced upon order.
For customized products, production time generally depends on the product, customization method, and order quantity.
- Sample production: approximately 3–5 business days
- Bulk production: typically 3–5 business days for standard customization
- Single-color logo printing: approximately 3 business days
- Multi-color logo printing: approximately 5 business days
Production times may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and order quantity. We will confirm the estimated production time before your order is placed.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, orders are shipped based on destination.
- United States & Canada: approximately 10–15 business days
- South America: approximately 10–15 business days
- Europe: approximately 10–15 business days

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information usually becomes available within 2–5 days after shipment.
